Mitchell Martin Inc. is recruiting for a confidential client seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through closing. The role manages planning, scheduling, budgeting, risks, stakeholder communication, and execution using project management methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan using project management tools
- Define and manage project charter, scope, and change control processes
- Maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Manage project budgets, including labor and capital expenditures
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and develop mitigation plans
Skills
- 4 to 7 years of project management experience
- Experience managing projects using industry-standard methodologies
- Proven ability to develop project schedules and WBS structures
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
