Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Primis is hiring a Project Manager to lead client delivery for a B2B SaaS company. The role owns projects from scoping and planning through launch, manages customer stakeholders, and coordinates with internal specialists to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- You’ll own client projects from scoping and planning through to launch, as the main day-to-day contact for each customer
- You’ll work closely with in-house developers, designers and solutions specialists to deliver on time and on budget
- Planning and running delivery: timelines, milestones, budgets and resourcing
- Managing client stakeholders, from a single contact to large cross-functional groups
- Running kickoffs, status meetings and retros that end with clear decisions and owners
- Keeping risks, dependencies and change requests tracked and visible
- Protecting scope, and presenting the impact of changes as clear options
- Using AI tools to cut manual work, and suggesting better ways of working
Skills
- Experience owning client-facing projects end to end, ideally at a digital agency, product studio or SaaS company
- Confident managing external stakeholders and having difficult conversations
- Strong delivery fundamentals: prioritization, risk logs, scope control
- Hands-on, curious and calm under pressure, with an owner's mindset
- Interested in how digital products and apps work (a technical background isn't required)
- Bonus: experience delivering mobile apps or digital products for enterprise clients
