Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) seeks a Project Manager/Scrum Master to support its collaborative data team. The role leads agile delivery across BI/analytics, data management, integration, conversion, and related data initiatives.
Skills
- Candidates MUST be CURRENT WI residents
- Experience scrum-master role leading scrums for ETL, data conversion, and/or MDM. (5 years)
- Experience leading and managing multiple agile teams using Scrum/agile methodologies
- Experience leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing
- Experience in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project/operational work; and mentoring and developing team members
- Experience directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
- Sufficient technical experience with data management and analytics to provide highly credible leadership to technical teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks, issues, and roadblocks
- Experience managing team progress/status through JIRA
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- This position must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions
- This position must have strong technical knowledge in data management and experience in managing multiple scrum boards for both project work and operations
- Experience implemented SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
