Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is recruiting for a Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE. The role leads end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of coding data pipelines, coordinating stakeholders and establishing quality standards and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality and client alignment
- Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, and reporting
- Coordinate across experts, reviewers, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality
- Define task specifications and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards
- Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, throughput, and delivery metrics
- Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance data
Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals
- Have strong relevant experience leading technical projects or complex data workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics to drive improvements
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams
