Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Novax Recruitment Group is recruiting for an unnamed manufacturing client serving the power and utilities sectors. The Project Manager will manage customer orders from award through invoicing, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from award through engineering, production, delivery, and invoicing
- Coordinate engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality, and logistics to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts, resolving technical queries and managing changes
- Monitor production schedules, material availability, quality requirements, and delivery commitments
- Maintain customer communication, project documentation, and commercial cost control
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or heavy manufacturing
- Ability to read engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications
- Experience managing multiple projects within a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Must be authorised to work in the US; visa sponsorship is unavailable
- Project engineering experience strongly preferred
