[Remote] Project Manager - T&S-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)

Everforth Apex Systems is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission and substation projects from budget approval through closeout. The role leads cross-functional project teams and manages budgets, schedules, safety, risk, contracts, compliance documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet approved budgets and schedules for large, complex transmission and substation major projects
• Manage safety, schedules, and budgets from project approval through final closeout
• Collaborate with construction teams on construction schedules, clearance planning, and execution
• Develop project management plans and execute risk management strategies
• Oversee contract administration and project communications
• Generate and submit monthly budget forecast spend reports
• Ensure production and submittal of FERC compliance documentation
• Manage final job closeout processes and project reporting
• Work directly with major project leadership to resolve project challenges

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 15 or more years of experience leading transmission and substation or related projects with high-level engineering and project management expertise
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software, including Word
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
