Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CSI Companies is seeking an experienced PTC Windchill PLM Developer/Technical Consultant to support enterprise Windchill environments. The role focuses on customization, configuration, integrations, data migration, upgrades, and administration, including connections between PLM and enterprise and manufacturing systems.
Responsibilities
- Support development activities associated with a Windchill 14/2027 upgrade
- Configure and customize PTC Windchill environments
- Deploy and support MPMLink and Process Plans
- Develop and support PLM interfaces with systems such as SAP S/4, MES/Apriso, and enterprise part libraries
- Support Windchill data migration initiatives, including PTC Creo/CAD data
- Configure workflows, change management, BOM management, Process Plans, and other business processes
- Install Windchill modules and execute Upgrade Manager and related administrative activities
- Develop and support Windchill technical solutions using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML
- Review and support PLM code, integration configurations, install/build/deployment scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities
- Support development, QA, and production environments
Skills
- 5+ years of PTC Windchill configuration, customization, and data migration experience
- Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects
- Experience with Windchill 13.x and/or 14.x
- Experience with PTC Creo/CAD data migration
- Strong experience with Windchill workflows, change management, Process Plans, and BOM management
- Experience integrating Windchill with downstream enterprise systems such as SAP S/4 and MES/Apriso
- Development experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML
- Experience supporting application code, integration configurations, deployment scripts, build scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience with multiple PLM platforms or frameworks
- Experience supporting multi-PLM and multi-CAD environments
- Aerospace & Defense experience
- Automotive, industrial manufacturing, or other discrete manufacturing experience
