Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LinkedIn is seeking experienced residential real estate agents to provide expert insight for an AI Marketplace project. The consultant will complete a recorded AI-led interview explaining listing-to-close transaction workflows for buyers and sellers, including listings, offers, escrow, closing, and buyer representation.
Responsibilities
- You'll complete a ~45-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice
- How you build and publish an MLS listing from signed agreement to going live
- How you evaluate, negotiate, and counter offers in a multi-offer situation
- How you manage a file from contract acceptance through closing and escrow
- How you run buyer representation, including search setup, showings, and offer strategy
Skills
- 5+ years in residential real estate brokerage
- Direct, hands-on experience in listing-to-close transaction management for both buyers and sellers
- Experience making or influencing decisions related to pricing strategy, offer and counteroffer terms, contingency management, and lead prioritization
- Familiarity with tools such as: MLS platforms, transaction management software (e.g. dotloop, SkySlope), CRM tools, and e-signature platforms
- Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
- Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
- Experience working in a relevant cross-functional environment
- You can confidently walk through these areas step-by-step based on your own experience and respond to AI-led interview questions with depth, clarity, and real-world examples
