The Senior / Principal Software Engineering Recruiter will build relationships with technology businesses, win recruitment business, deliver placements and grow a Software Engineering market across the US.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships. Win business. Deliver. Grow your market
- Consultants are encouraged to develop their own voice, personal brand and network, with team members already generating business through LinkedIn, conferences and industry events
- Your focus will be Software Engineering recruitment, working with high-growth technology businesses across the US
Skills
- An experienced, commercially minded 360 recruiter
- $300k+ annual billings
- A proven ability to win their own clients
- Technology / software engineering / cybersecurity experience
- A track record of building rather than simply servicing a desk
- The maturity to operate autonomously in a remote environment
- Ambition to reach $1m+ billings
- You know how to win business and build a market
