Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BlackRock Resources LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to fill difficult-to-fill technical and professional positions across energy, power, data centers, construction, and related industries. The role manages searches from strategy through placement, proactively sources and evaluates candidates, builds talent pipelines, and uses AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing and workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting assignments from initial search strategy through candidate presentation and placement
- Proactively source qualified candidates for challenging and difficult-to-fill positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards and inbound applicants
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, professional networks, referrals, industry research, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and other channels
- Build talent pipelines within key technical disciplines and geographic markets
- Develop a strong understanding of client requirements, technical qualifications, compensation, geography, and market conditions
- Conduct professional candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, career motivation, compensation expectations, and overall fit
- Present qualified candidates clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate information, and communication within our recruiting technology andsystems
- We expect our recruiters to continuously evaluate new technology and determine how it can help them work smarter, search deeper, communicate better, and produce stronger recr uiting results
Skills
- Candidates should have meaningful recruiting experience in one or more of the following industrues: • Oil & Gas • Power Geneation • Data Centers / Mission Critical • Construction • Engineering/ EPC • Manufacturing • or related technical markets
- We specifically want some one who is already using AI, not someone who is simply interested in learning about it
- You should currently be using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms to improve your productivity and recruiting effectiveness
- Proven staffing/recruiting experience within relevant technical or industrial markets
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for hard-to -fill positions
- Strong understanding of proactive candidate sourcing and passive candidate recruitment
- Current, practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or comparabl e AI technology in your professional workflow
- Strong technology aptitude and willingness to continually adopt better recruiting tools and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, clients, executives, engineers, project leaders, and other industry professionals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High degree of personal accountability
- Ability to work independently without requiring constant directionor supervision
