This isn ’t a traditional recruiting desk job. We need people who know how to find candidates, generate interest, follow up, and turn jobseekers into qualified workers ready for deployment. 💼 THE ROLE Remote Recruiter | Performance-Based Compensation You’ll m anage the candidate acquisition process from sourcing through submission. YOUR RES PONSIBILITIES Source your own jobseekers through, job boards, referrals, and other channels. Conduct outreach and generate applicants for open positions. Follow up with candidates to ensure applications are completed. Guide c andidates through onboarding and required training. Verify that candidates meet position requirements and are available to work. Submit qualified, fully onboarded applicants to our staffing team. 💰 COMPENSATION Potentialearnings: $500–$1,500+ per week. Our prop osed incentive structure pays: $10 pe rqualified applicant who completes onboarding and required training. An addi tional $10 when that worker successfully completes their first shift. That’s u pto $20 per successfully onboarded and deployed worker. Earnings are performance-based, not guaranteed, and depend on qualifying results and successful worker deployment.
