Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centennial Infotech is hiring an Account Representative to help clients understand and access benefit programs available through labor unions, associations, and partner organizations. The role involves reviewing benefit options, educating clients, assisting with enrollment and onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients to review available benefit options
- Educate clients on programs and coverage available to them
- Assist clients with enrollment and onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work independently while receiving support from leadership
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Must have reliable internet access
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must be comfortable using Zoom or other video platforms
- Must be willing to complete any applicable licensing requirements if required for the role
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus
