[Remote] Remote Bid Proposal Analyst - i2G

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. i2G Systems is hiring a Bid Proposal Analyst to analyze bid opportunities, coordinate proposal submissions, and ensure responses comply with client requirements. The role works across departments to develop competitive bids and support improvements to the bid process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bid responses
• Develop and maintain bid schedules, ensuring timely submission of proposals
• Assist in the creation of bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices
• Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics
• Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions
• Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools
• This position requires business travel as needed, with some presence in an i2G office as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or 2+ years of work experience
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with procurement process or bids
• Familiarity with CRM and bid management software (e.g., Salesforce, RFPIO, Loopio)
