Responsibilities

• You'll record realistic customer service phone calls used to train AI systems
• You play the support rep: greet the caller, solve their problem, stay calm and helpful
• You play the customer calling in about an order, a charge or an account

Skills

• Native U.S. accent required
• Fluent English, a slight accent is fine
• Must live in the U.S. or Canada
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Acting or conversational experience is a plus
• Clear speaking voice
