Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is recruiting for an unnamed wealth-tech company that provides CRM software for financial advisors. The Customer Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for customer issues, resolving technical problems and supporting onboarding, integrations, and product configurations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tickets and prioritize according urgency
- Resolve issues via phone call, email, video, and/or screen sharing
- Keep documentation and maintain FAQ database
Skills
- Supporting SaaS applications
- Basic knowledge of cloud offerings, tools, operating systems, and browsers
- Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and video
- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
