[Remote] Remote Entry Level Sales

Sandhills Financial Group hires an entry-level sales professional to guide interested clients through life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement planning options. The role involves virtual consultations, building client relationships and a book of business, and helping families find solutions aligned with their goals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients who have requested information and guide them through their options
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal support teams
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Achieve performance benchmarks that unlock advancement and increased earning potential
• Remain compliant with all state insurance and licensing requirements
• Participate in weekly virtual trainings and team meetings
• Build and maintain a long-term book of business using company-provided and self-generated leads
• Help families identify protection and financial solutions aligned with their goals

Skills

• Comfortable using technology and virtual communication platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals
• Professional and confident presence on Zoom and phone calls
• Client-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
• Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days (we provide guidance)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required
