Matura Farrington is hiring a Legal Recruiter to recruit and place legal professionals and business services professionals for law firms. The role involves contributing to active searches while building a book of business and developing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contribute immediately while continuing to build their careers and books of business
- Developing their own book of business
- Candidate development, business development, negotiation strategy, client management, or recruiting best practices
Skills
- A minimum of three years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry
- Their current or most recent role focused 100% on placing legal professionals at law firms
- Candidates should come from a recruiting/staffing firm that specializes in the legal industry
- Relevant experience includes placing Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and other law firm support professionals, as well as Business Services professionals in Accounting, Marketing & Business Development, Human Resources, & Office Administration or Contract Attorneys
- Candidate-driven relationship builders
- Curious, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Interested in growing a client book of business over time
- Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations
- Team-oriented professionals who enjoy collaborating with others
