The role involves learning about prospective clients’ needs, explaining coverage options, guiding applications, and managing follow-ups, with training and coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with prospective clients by phone or video
• Asking good questions to understand their needs, priorities, and budget
• Explaining coverage options in plain, honest language
• Guiding clients through the application process
• Following up and keeping your pipeline organized
• Taking part in training and coaching to keep improving

Skills

• You don't need any insurance background to be considered
• People who do well here are coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking with people
• They can keep themselves moving while working remotely, they follow through, and they want to get better at something that actually helps others
• Reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S
• Be willing to get licensed if you aren't already
• Be comfortable with performance-based pay plus bonus compensation
• Be open to coaching and able to work independently
