Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is recruiting for an unnamed company that provides a web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. The Staff Software Engineer will build and launch Rails functionality, AI features, and integrations; shape the next-generation architecture; and develop React and TypeScript components with product teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
- Implement core functional using Rails
- Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
- Build and deploy integrations to expand functionality
- Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
- Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
- Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features

- AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)

- Experience with AI, Agents, Gen, AI, and/or Claude

- Experience developing full stack application with agentic AI
