[Remote] Independent Human Resources Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SRV HR is seeking independent licensees to operate their own HR consulting practices with the support of its tools, coaching, and business development resources. The role provides strategic and tactical HR services to small and mid-sized business clients while building and managing an independent client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical HR consulting services to clients in various industries, targeting small to mid-sized businesses
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients with the support of SRV HR’s business development tools
• Utilize SRV HR’s tools and systems to efficiently manage your consulting practice
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay current in the HR field

Skills

• Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an executive-level role
• Proven ability to deliver strategic HR solutions and manage client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
