[Remote] SALES AGENT

Fizy Health is hiring a Sales Agent to sell its pharmacy operations platform to cash-pay clinics and telehealth brands that prescribe from 503A pharmacies. The role focuses on outbound sales, demonstrating pass-through pricing and the platform workflow, supporting onboarding, and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound to cash-pay clinics and telehealth brands that prescribe from 503A pharmacies, leading with pain and proving pass-through economics on their protocols
• Conduct discovery on current portal stack, order volume, and margin pain, then position Fizy Health as the pharmacy ops partner, not another software login
• Deliver guest catalog access, live demos, and onboarding support so clinics place a first batched cart in under ten minutes when possible
• Maintain accurate pipeline notes, dispositions, and follow-up callbacks inside the Fizy Health CRM
• Collaborate with leadership on objection handling, script improvements, and territory planning as we scale the sales team

Skills

• You have sold B2B to clinics, telehealth operators, medical spas, or healthcare services and can speak to operational pain without jargon
• You are comfortable running your own calendar, pipeline, and follow-up without daily hand-holding
• You prefer outcome-led conversations over feature dumps and can tell a before-and-after story in under two minutes
• You are excited by AI tooling that makes you faster, not threatened by feedback that makes you better
• You want recurring commission tied to client success, not a one-time bounty that disappears after signup
• You can work remote US hours, communicate clearly in writing, and treat clinic trust as non-negotiable
• Experience selling to clinics, telehealth brands, or healthcare operators is strongly preferred
• If you have a transferable B2B track record and can learn 503A workflows quickly, we still want to hear from you

• 25% recurring commission on Fizy Health software and facilitation fees for every order placed by accounts you source; commission does not apply to medication cost, and payouts run quarterly while accounts remain active on the platform.
