American Dreams Marketing is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative to find small business owners who need websites, lead follow-up, or payment tools. The role involves explaining the company's platform and booking calls with the owner, then following up with and tracking leads.
Responsibilities
- Find small business owners who need a website, lead follow-up or an easier way to get paid
- Explain what we offer, including how the AI replies and automations save owners time, and book them a call with Kristof
- Follow up with your leads and keep track of them
Skills
- Are a student or recent grad in marketing, business, communication or web design
- Like talking with local business owners
- Are 18 or older and have your own phone and laptop
Benefits
- Commission: 10% of each website build you bring in; builds start at $1,500, so $150 on a starter build.
- 20% of each monthly platform payment for as long as the client stays and you remain an active rep, with no cap; on the $111 plan that's $22.20 per client per month.
- Paid on the 15th of each month, only on payments clients have actually made. $25 minimum; smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
- Part-time, remote, and you set your own hours.
- Hands-on exposure to the AI and marketing automation tools small businesses are adopting.
- Real sales experience with a small agency.
- Direct access to the owner for questions and help on calls.
