[Remote] Sales Director, Financial Services

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tenstorrent is hiring a Sales Director, Financial Services, to build enterprise sales and help customers evaluate and adopt its AI hardware and software solutions. The role owns enterprise accounts and the full sales lifecycle, aligns customer needs with solutions, and collaborates across teams to develop repeatable sales processes and accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of enterprise accounts and the full sales lifecycle, from discovery to negotiation and close
• Ability to align customers’ technical and business needs with our AI hardware and software solutions
• Collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
• Development of repeatable processes, sales materials, and account strategies to accelerate revenue growth
• Someone who is as willing to enter SFDC data, as they are to pitch potential customers

• Skilled at managing and nurturing relationships with executives, architects, and technical decision-makers
• Confident navigating long sales cycles and complex enterprise procurement processes
• Comfortable translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI for enterprise clients
• Motivated by building scalable enterprise sales motions from scratch
