Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NTN Bearing Corporation is hiring an OEM Sales Engineer for its Indiana territory. The role develops and manages OEM relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and provides technical sales support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major OEM accounts within the area of responsibility
- Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to assure NTN is preferred supplier
- Drive new and ongoing development projects that will lead to profitable growth
- Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels
- Meet or exceed business target plans
- Communicate effectively, both internally and externally - in person or via video collaboration tools
Skills
- BSME or similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree in a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in Industrial sales to OEMs
- Large OEM program/project management experience
- Self-starter, with a desire to contribute to the team expediently
- Must have excellent time management skills to work from a home office
