The Sales & Lead Generation Representative connects with independent barbers and barbershop owners, generates qualified leads, schedules demos, and helps convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Find and connect with independent barbers and barbershop decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and relationship-building
- Explain our booking and payment solutions clearly and accurately
- Schedule product demos and follow up with interested prospects
- Help move opportunities from initial interest to signup
- Maintain accurate contact records, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM
- Work toward agreed lead-generation and sales goals
Skills
- Experience in sales, prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with small-business owners
- Consistent follow-through and an organized approach to outreach
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
- Based in the United States
- Experience with software, payment processing, or the barber and beauty industry
