Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. World Star Tech is seeking a Sales Manager to sell laser components and systems and guide customers throughout the sales process. The role leads pre- and post-sales communication, develops new opportunities, and collaborates with engineering to provide tailored solutions and grow revenue.
Responsibilities
- Sell laser components and systems, including laser systems, components, laser markers, and instruments providing guidance throughout the sale
- Lead both pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining strong technical communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct market research and pursue new sales opportunities
- Deliver product training, technical presentations, and ongoing support to customer
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide customized technical solutions and quotations
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Skills
- Degree in Engineering/Physics or a related technical discipline, with experience in technical sales
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and the ability to translate them into effective technical and business solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and strong team collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of target markets, key industry players, and project cycles
