[Remote] Sales & Marketing Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. An HR consultancy is recruiting for an early-career Sales & Marketing Associate rotational program. The role provides experience across commercial functions, supporting customers, market strategies, product launches, and growth initiatives while developing skills through a two-year rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support customers, market strategies, product launches, and growth initiatives
• Work directly with commercial and technical teams to solve customer challenges
• Learn from commercial leaders across sales, marketing, and product organizations
• Build a strong professional network throughout the organization
• Collaborate with teams and customers across regions and markets
• Gain exposure to global business and commercial operations
• Rotate through multiple commercial assignments over two years
• Develop skills in customer engagement, strategy, analytics, communication, and leadership

Skills

• Upcoming or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Communications, Related disciplines
• Prior internship, co-op, leadership, project, sales, customer-facing, or organizational experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, product management, strategy, or customer engagement
• Ability to commit to the two-year rotational program
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
