Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. hires a Sales Representative to support surgeons and operating room teams in using its products and procedures. The role develops customer relationships, drives sales and market growth, provides product training, and collaborates on product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings
- Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience
- Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments
- Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios
- A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
