[Remote] Sales Specialist, F&V (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tradin Organic is hiring a Sales Specialist for its Fruit & Vegetable team. The role manages customer relationships and assigned accounts to grow sales, while supporting internal teams in improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives and leadership on key accounts and strategic initiatives Independently manage assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
• Identify and convert leads into active customers
• Achieve contribution margin targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives
• Proactively identify account growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, margin improvement)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract development and execution
• Apply pricing strategies and maintain awareness of costs and margins
• Maintain knowledge of position management, products, vendors, and incoterms
• Deliver excellent customer service and continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Track performance results, identify risks, and communicate insights to management
• Develop industry knowledge and stay informed on market trends
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Participate in competency-building and professional development initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in a commercial or sales environment
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and meet sales targets
• Experience working with contracts, pricing, and margin management
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Ability to manage accounts independently and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven
