The role provides functional expertise and supports implementation, enhancements, production support, and resolution of complex business requirements and functional issues.
Skills
- Strong hands-on SAP IS-U / SAP Utilities experience
- Functional expertise in utility business processes
- Experience with implementation, enhancements, or production support
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and resolve functional issues
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
- SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)
- Utility billing and invoicing
- Payments, collections, and financial integration
- Customer account and business partner management
- Utility customer service processes
- Customer lifecycle processes, including move-in/move-out, where applicable
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on project experience
- Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert
