Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an SAP HCM & SF Payroll Consultant. The role focuses on US payroll implementations and support, including payroll processing, year-end activities, and serving as a subject matter expert for SAP HR US Payroll.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in supporting payroll runs, creating/modifying PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting etc
- Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment
- Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (SAP HR – US PAYROLL) and product (SAP-HR)
Skills
- Experience of working in SAP EC Payroll
- Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in US Payroll implementations and Support
- Expertise in supporting payroll runs, creating/modifying PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting etc
- Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment
- In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting
- Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective
- Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (SAP HR – US PAYROLL) and product (SAP-HR)
- Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
