[Remote] SAP IS-U Retail Access Management Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovatech Staffing is recruiting for an unnamed utilities client. The SAP IS-U Retail Access Management Analyst will research and improve Customer Service processes, support regulatory and internal controls, and serve as a subject matter expert for Retail Access operations. The role also translates business needs into technical requirements and supports process analysis, testing, and implementation of operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements
• Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements

Skills

• 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
• Any valid US work authorization
