[Remote] Securities Finance Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InfiCare Staffing is recruiting for a client-facing Securities Finance Functional Consultant on a fully remote contract. The consultant will translate business requirements into system solutions, advise clients, and support Securities Finance processes and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the consulting engagement lifecycle
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Define system scope, objectives, and solution designs aligned with business needs
• Provide consulting expertise across Securities Finance processes, including securities lending, repo, and collateral management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other project participants to deliver effective solutions
• Support requirements documentation, implementation planning, solution validation, and client sign-off
• Ensure proposed solutions align with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate recommendations clearly to client teams

Skills

• Proven experience in Securities Finance, particularly in one or more of the following areas:
• Securities Lending
• Repurchase Agreements (Repo)
• Collateral Management
• Experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant, or a similar consulting professional within capital markets or financial services
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, system scoping, functional specifications, and solution design
• Strong understanding of financial systems and Securities Finance business workflows
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as SFTR, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III
• Experience working with capital markets technology providers, prime brokers, custodians, or financial services consulting firms
• Experience delivering client engagements, advisory recommendations, and system implementation projects
• Relevant finance or capital markets certifications are a plus
