[Remote] Security & IT Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Endurance IT Services is seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Security Account Executive. The role involves identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while expanding the company's presence across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to security, access control, and managed IT services
• Build and maintain strong, executive‑level relationships across industries, community organizations, and strategic partners
• Proactively develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage activities to meet or exceed targets
• Conduct regular onsite and virtual meetings with prospects and clients
• Perform discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and security challenges
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Represent Endurance IT as a trusted advisor and solutions partner
• Participate in networking events, industry functions, training sessions, and trade shows as needed

Skills

• Proven success building relationships through networking, referrals, and partnerships
• Experience selling B2B technology, managed services, security, or access control solutions
• Strong understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate needs into solutions
• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Results‑driven, accountable, and motivated to achieve performance goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
