- Inquiry Investigation & Resolution: Research unique parking guest inquiries, determine the appropriate action—whether issuing refunds, adjusting fees, or escalating issues—and document all findings.
- Quality Control: Perform rigorous quality checks on documentation used to resolve parking fee inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- System Proficiency: Operate the Parking Control System (PCS) workstations and ancillary systems to research parking operations, resolve fee disputes, and troubleshoot operational disruptions.

- Process Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of finance parking accounts receivable procedures, forms, and online resources.
- Daily Operations Support: Manage unpaid parking fee mail, perform blind audits, record credit card applications, and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Check Processing & Audits: Prepare checks for parking fee refunds, coordinate secondary reviews, and audit hotel, valet, and parking customer refunds.
- Data Management: Enter unpaid parking fees into the debt management system, reconcile records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Exception Management: Oversee the toll tag exception report for declined credit cards, blocking tags until debt is resolved.
- Valet Audit Coordination: Manage daily valet audit reports to track and resolve incorrect charges.
- Special Projects: Lead or support parking revenue projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop efficient processes and resolve issues proactively.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team‑building activities, share best practices, and contribute to departmental and organizational goals.
