[Remote] Senior Consultant - Anatomic Pathology

The Senior Consultant will design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR solutions for federal healthcare agencies, while guiding clients on workflow design, configuration, process improvement, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Consultant, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
• You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders
• You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
• You will mitigate solution risks and issues
• You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies
• You will lead client meetings and events
• You will drive internal team initiatives
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Skills

• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
• At least 3 years total combined related work experience
• At least 2 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
• 1 year of overall experience in relevant clinician or practitioner, functional or technical roles
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Backend build experience in PathNet or other similar areas
• Experience in any of the following: Bedrock, CCL, DCPTools, Reference Range Wizards, Virtual Views, Discern Rule Writing, Reference Lab Interfaces, Medical Device Interfaces
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects
• U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position
• Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Health Federal Clinical Laboratory products is a plus
