Skills
- 5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, UX writing, or product content
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content design across complex digital products
- Experience working across enterprise product ecosystems and SaaS platforms
- The ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, user-centred experiences
- An understanding of conversational experiences, AI-driven products, and emerging content patterns
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with product designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
- A strategic mindset, combining user needs, business objectives, and product goals to deliver meaningful outcomes
