[Remote] Senior Director of Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cisco is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead global operational strategies for critical business units. The role focuses on optimizing supply chains and processes, managing teams and resources, and ensuring compliance and quality across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute long-term operational strategies and process optimization roadmaps for core business areas to enhance global operational efficiency
• Cross-Functional and Team Management: Serve as a core executive leader, managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing, diverse operations team while fostering effective collaboration across global, multinational, and cross-regional teams
• Resource and Supply Chain Optimization: Lead large scale resource allocation, budget management, and supply chain operations; utilize data driven decision-making to mitigate operational risks and optimize cost structures
• Compliance and Quality Governance: Drive operational innovation while ensuring that all business processes, policies, and activities strictly adhere to global laws, industry standards, and corporate compliance requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• In Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive, successful experience in senior operations management, supply chain management, and executive-level roles within large multinational technology firms or Fortune 500 companies
• Deep expertise in organizational structure and lean operations for large-scale enterprises
• Strong crisis management and high-level decision-making capabilities
• Excellent skills in remote collaboration and cross-cultural communication
• Must currently reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S
• Master's degree
