[Remote] Senior Director Product Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of its Consumer Engagement product portfolio. The role leads and mentors product managers and analysts, overseeing product development and collaborating across teams to deliver solutions aligned with market needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and scale a product management team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch and continuous improvements
• Set and measure key product metrics to evaluate success and inform future decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Serve as the voice of the customer and industry thought leader
• Influence executive leadership and present business cases
• Manage product budgets and timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent
• Complete all responsibilities outlined in performance reviews and goals
• Complete special projects and duties as assigned
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Deep understanding of the Consumer Engagement market
• Subject matter expertise related to closing quality measure and risk related gaps
• Proven success launching software products
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Strategic thinker with customer-focused mindset
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• MBA preferred
