[Remote] Senior Director, Product Management - Internal Only

Indeed is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead strategy, execution, and operational performance across a portfolio of products serving job seekers and employers. The role oversees Product Management teams and partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable customer experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of products and experiences
• Oversee and develop Product Management organizations while fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer focus
• Build and prioritize product roadmaps using data, user research, experimentation, and business goals
• Partner with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver scalable products and features that improve customer and business outcomes
• Establish and monitor product and operational metrics to measure impact, guide decisions, and improve execution
• Influence organizational priorities, investment decisions, and execution plans across cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Balance long-term strategic investments with rapid delivery to support evolving customer and business needs

Skills

• Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with a minimum of 8 years experience
• Experience managing and developing Product Management teams and senior product leaders through coaching and mentorship
• Experience building, scaling, and operating customer-facing digital products and platforms at scale
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver complex product initiatives
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and aligning execution to business outcomes
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments using data, experimentation, and product judgment to guide decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience presenting strategy, results, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Equivalent expertise demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education is welcome
