[Remote] Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Reinforcement Learning/Quantization/GPU) - Between $200-400K + equity - Remote

Attis is a staffing agency representing a well-funded defense AI scaleup developing high-performance artificial intelligence systems for tactical-edge environments. The Machine Learning Engineer will build foundational research and engineering capabilities, including data acquisition and processing, model training, compression, high-performance kernels, and infrastructure for distributed and edge machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Build libraries and owning codebases within one of the following (or more): • Large scale evaluations • Distributed model training environments; • Complex training architectures (distillation, RL, etc.); • Specialized reinforcement learning gyms • Compute and cluster management • Kernel Development • ML at the edge
