[Remote] Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hello Heart is an AI company focused on heart health and cardiac event prevention. The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will build and manage revenue operations infrastructure, reporting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks while partnering with GTM leadership, Finance, systems teams, and developers. The role will leverage AI and Salesforce to improve operational efficiency, data quality, process adoption, and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools including Claude to provide actionable performance insights
• Deliver executive-ready strategic analysis that goes beyond reporting what happened to anticipating what's coming: where pipeline is at risk, where coverage is thin, and where the next opportunity is. Turn the recurring versions into durable, self-serve workflows
• Deliver accurate forecasting & KPI tracking by ensuring accurate, complete & standardized data
• Serve as the primary operational partner to GTM leaders for process design, documentation & management
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement on change management, including training, documentation, and adoption tracking
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development, acting as the bridge between GTM teams and developers - protecting developers from scope creep and ambiguity, and protecting business stakeholders from solutions that miss the point
• Manage cross-tool reporting fluency between Salesforce and connected platforms like Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
• Advanced AI skills with extensive experience building agents that integrate into your daily workflow
• Deep Salesforce expertise is required
• You must be able to architect reporting structures, write developer-ready requirements, and have an informed view on data modeling
• Demonstrated track record of translating GTM business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams
• Fluency across the modern GTM tech stack: Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana, and similar
• Reporting and analytics fluency across these platforms is essential
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and communicate performance data to executive audiences
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, & Data
• Ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
