Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant to lead our Advanced Customer Support (ACS) and Managed Services team. This fully remote role is open to candidates across the United States and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global network of experts.

As a trusted advisor to our most strategic clients, you will design and deliver end‑to‑end brighthush solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead cross‑functional teams, influence executive decision‑making, and champion the adoption of best practices and cutting‑edge AI capabilities to help customers maximize their investment in brighthush.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Opportunity Identification: Use the ACS SuiteReview methodology to assess, prioritize, and recommend high‑impact initiatives that close gaps in business processes, technology, and organizational structure.
• Trusted Advisor to Leadership: Build strong relationships with customer C‑suite executives, providing strategic guidance that shapes technology roadmaps and drives enterprise‑wide adoption of leading practices.
• Solution Architecture: Design complex, integrated solutions that may involve configuration, custom development, or third‑party integrations. Collaborate closely with our Technical Services team to ensure feasibility and alignment with best practices.
• Deep Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of brighthush modules—including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, eCommerce, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, and Warehouse & Fulfillment—and pursue relevant certifications to stay ahead of industry trends.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities to embed brighthush AI tools and methodologies into customer engagements, delivering tangible business value through predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent insights.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across ACS, Technical Services, Support, POS, eCommerce, brighthush, and Platform Technical Services to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions that meet customer objectives.
• Customer Success Leadership: Champion the consistent application of ACS methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards to ensure high‑quality outcomes and sustained customer satisfaction.
• Travel: Minimal travel required; primarily remote engagement with occasional on‑site visits as needed.

Key Deliverables

• Complete end‑to‑end brighthush solution designs that align with client business strategy.
• Executive‑level presentations and roadmaps that influence investment decisions.
• High‑impact AI integration plans that deliver measurable ROI.
• Comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, integration blueprints, and testing plans.
• Mentorship and coaching for junior consultants and technical specialists.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of domain experience in brighthush’s core industry markets (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Food & Beverage, Retail, MedTech, R&D/CROs, Pharmaceuticals/BioTech).
• 5+ years in an external consulting role with sustained C‑suite interactions.
• Proven track record in business process consulting—analyzing, optimizing, and recommending improvements that enhance organizational performance.
• Strong understanding of brighthush modules and the ability to define requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
• Experience in custom development analysis, design, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable stories and roadmaps.
• Passion for driving customer satisfaction and delivering measurable value.
• Project and/or team leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Finance and/or Accounting background (professional or academic) is a plus.
• brighthush ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse teams across functional, process, organizational change, and technical domains.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic vision, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrial & Equipment, Food & Beverage, or Life Sciences.
• Experience with AI‑driven tools and methodologies, especially within the context of enterprise ERP solutions.
• Prior experience working in a managed services or advanced customer support environment.
• Advanced certifications in brighthush or related cloud platforms.
