Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ecolab is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization, and growth for its bioprocessing portfolio. The role also leads digital and AI-enabled initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams and technology partners to improve products and customer decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization for assigned bioprocessing product portfolio
- Translate VOC, market trends, customer workflows, and competitive insights into product roadmaps and growth strategies
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and adoption
- Lead digital and AI-enabled initiatives that enhance our bioprocessing products and customer service offering
- Partner across R&D, applications, digital/IT, data science, sales, marketing, customers, and external technology partners
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 10 years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, product management, or related markets
- Demonstrated product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercialization experience
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
- MBA or advanced degree
- Bioprocessing, chromatography, or downstream purification experience
- Commercial/sales and customer-facing experience
- Experience with AI/ML applications, predictive modeling, decision-support tools, or scientific digital platforms
- Demonstrated product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercialization experience
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing industry dynamics and customer workflows
- Experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, forecasts, and go-to-market plans
- Experience leading digital products, software-enabled solutions, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, or digital transformation programs
- Ability to translate customer requirements into digital product roadmaps and development priorities
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs without direct authority
- Strong customer-facing, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
