Remote Position

[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Link Apps & Integrations

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Linktree is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for Link Apps and third-party integrations. The role will guide integration decisions, partner with engineering and business development, and improve ecosystem adoption, creator value, and partner and developer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Link Apps and third-party integrations
  • Decide which integrations we build, deepen or sunset — and own the criteria behind those calls
  • Partner with the Link Apps engineering squad to ship reliable, well-instrumented integrations against third-party APIs and SDKs
  • Work with Partnerships and Business Development to turn partner relationships into shipped creator value
  • Define the metrics that matter for the ecosystem — adoption, activation and retention lift per Link App — and hold the team to moving them
  • Run an experimentation cadence that turns hypotheses about discovery, setup and usage into shipped improvements
  • Improve the partner and developer experience so each new integration gets faster to build than the last
  • Influence senior stakeholders and adjacent product teams to align on ecosystem priorities

Skills

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of platform, API or third-party integration products
  • A track record of shipping integrations or partner surfaces that moved meaningful adoption, engagement or revenue metrics
  • Technical fluency — you reason confidently about APIs, SDKs, auth flows and partner constraints, and you're credible in conversation with engineers
  • Strong data fluency — comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis and A/B testing, and able to separate signal from noise
  • Experience working alongside partnerships or business development teams, balancing partner asks against creator value
  • You partner effectively with engineering, design, data and marketing, and influence without formal authority
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and use build-measure-learn cycles to ship and iterate

Benefits

  • An annual wellbeing allowance to use on things like (but not limited to) fitness memberships, development courses, childcare, travel, charitable donations, pet insurance, home office set-up - the choice is yours!
  • 100% coverage (and 80% for your dependents) of your monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees.
  • Employer contribution towards your retirement.
  • Generous time off for vacation, holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and other categories.
  • Employee stock option program - we want each and every employee to share in the company’s success.
  • You can choose the setup that works best for you: fully remote or a hybrid mix of office and home.
  • Autonomy in how you structure your days and weeks.
  • Async work to keep things flowing.
  • Our culture is family-friendly and Zoom-casual where kids, pets, and delivery drivers are welcome.
