Skills
- Accessibility Certification required (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508
- Experience testing applications for government accessibility compliance
- Strong manual testing background (Functional, Regression, UAT, Usability)
- API testing and SQL/database validation experience
- 5+ years QA / Software Testing
- Manual testing methodologies
- Test plans, test cases, and defect management
- API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.)
- SQL queries and database validation
- Accessibility testing tools and methodologies
- Agile experience
- Government or public-sector experience
- Grant management or compliance-based systems
- Test automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
