Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to support and optimize a client's SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll and Time Management systems. The role focuses on functional configuration, incident resolution, requirements and testing documentation, and collaboration with ABAP and integration teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional configuration for SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll (US & Canada) and Positive/Negative Time Management systems
- Write, modify, and optimize complex Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas to align with business requirements
- Drive requirement gathering, write detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and create execution plans for system testing and UAT
- Manage the high-priority incident queue, troubleshooting functional defects and supporting enhancement requests
- Partner with ABAP HR technical developers and integration specialists to design and deliver custom software solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative time tracking)
- Demonstrated expert mastery of PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas
- Practical experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP On-Premise systems (including replication processes)
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Mexico Payroll configuration
