Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PIXIE is seeking an experienced SAP 3PL and Logistics Execution Consultant to support and enhance third-party warehouse, shipping, and distribution operations. The role manages SAP logistics processes, integrates external 3PL warehouse systems, troubleshoots interface issues, and collaborates with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), inbound/outbound deliveries, picking, packing, shipping, and Post Goods Issue (PGI)
- Lead 3PL onboarding and integration with external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) using EDI, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and XML
- Support Request to Store, Request to Ship, Advice of Receipt, and Advice of Shipment integrations
- Troubleshoot Stock Transport Orders (STOs), inventory movements, batch management, and interface failures
- Develop functional specifications, support testing (SIT/UAT), coordinate deployments, and maintain process documentation
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and technical teams
Skills
- Hands-on SAP 3PL integration and Logistics Execution (LE)/Warehouse Management (WM) experience
- Strong knowledge of EDI, IDocs, XML interfaces, interface monitoring, and error resolution
- Experience with inbound/outbound logistics, STOs, deliveries, shipping, inventory management, and batch management
- Working knowledge of SAP MM and SD integration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- SAP S/4HANA experience and knowledge of decentralized warehouse messages such as MBGMCR, SHPCON, WHSORD, and DESADV
