Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ComTec Information Systems is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors & BTP Consultant to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role focuses on SAP CPI integrations, SAP BTP deployments, SAP Joule and AI-enabled capabilities, production support, and technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- 🚀 Lead & Configure: Drive SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and end-to-end integration activities
- 🔄 Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain SAP CPI iFlows connecting SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications
- 🌐 BTP Deployment: Implement SAP BTP solutions involving integration, connectivity, security, and application extensions
- 🤖 AI Innovation: Assess and implement SAP Joule capabilities and AI-enabled enterprise use cases where applicable
- ⚙️ API Management: Develop robust integrations utilizing OData, REST, SOAP, APIs, XML, and JSON
- 🛠️ Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot integration issues, manage production support, and perform root-cause analysis
- 📑 Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, solution designs, and deployment documentation
- 👥 Mentorship & Leadership: Lead technical discussions, review project deliverables, and mentor junior consultants
- 🤝 Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and project managers
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP CPI / Integration Suite
- Solid experience in SAP BTP services, environment security, and cloud connectivity
- Proven track record of integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and external legacy systems
- Deep knowledge of APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, security certificates, and integration monitoring tools
- Strong understanding or hands-on implementation experience with SAP Joule and AI integration opportunities
- Familiarity with SAP IAS/IPS, API Management, Event Mesh, Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model, or SAP Build
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and confident stakeholder management
