Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VOLTO Consulting is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to manage Netwrix Auditor and Stealthbits platforms and strengthen data access security. The role includes monitoring activity, investigating threats, producing compliance reports, and partnering with IT teams on remediation.
Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Deploy| configure| and maintain Netwrix Auditor and Stealthbits tools
- Access Governance: Analyze data access patterns using Access Analyzer to identify risks
- Activity Monitoring: Track modifications across Active Directory| file servers| and cloud environments
- Threat Detection: Investigate anomalous behavior| privilege escalations| and unauthorized data access
- Compliance & Reporting: Generate automated audit reports for GDPR| HIPAA| or PCI-DSS compliance
- Remediation: Partner with IT teams to revoke excessive permissions and enforce least privilege
Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years managing Netwrix Auditor and Stealthbits products
- Strong engineering knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
- Deep understanding of NTFS permissions| share permissions| and NAS storage auditing
- Proficiency with Windows Server administration| IIS| and SQL Server backend management
- Ability to write PowerShell scripts to automate data collection or remediation tasks
- Netwrix Certified Professional| CISA| CISSP| or Microsoft Security certifications
- Background in financial services| healthcare| or heavily regulated enterprise environments
